What is the claims process?

The beneficiary or appointed individual can contact Samos at claims@samos.com where we can then guide beneficiaries through the process.

How soon after a death do claims need to be filed?

The beneficiaries or appointed individual must provide various medical records within 30 days after the accidental death.

How long does it take for a claim to be paid?

Benefits for loss covered by SRI policies will be paid immediately upon receipt of satisfactory Proof of Loss by the company. Samos is here to support you through this process, so if you have any questions or issues with payment of your claim, please reach out to us at claims@samos.com.
