How do I file a claim?
Email claims@samos.com with the Insured's details — name, surgery name and date, policy number). We'll provide you with a list of required documents and guide you through the claims process from there.
How much time do I have to file a claim?
Beneficiaries or appointed individuals will need to provide various medical records within 30 days after the accidental death for review, processing, and benefits payout.
How long does it take for a claim to be paid?
Claims will be paid out as soon as they are approved. Samos is here to support you through this process, so if you have any questions or issues with payment of your claim, please reach out to us at claims@samos.com.
