What are Covered Elective Medical Procedures or Surgeries?
Procedures or Surgeries that are scheduled in advance and performed by a licensed Physician in a Licensed Surgical Facility, and do not involve acute trauma, a medical emergency, a life-threatening condition or a request for a procedure or surgery on an urgent category basis.
There are no medical related questions or exams other than identifying the surgery you are having.

You must sign up at least 48 hours before your planned admission date for your covered Elective Medical Procedure or Surgery
Who can apply for coverage?
Currently we offer Surgical Risk Insurance (SRI) coverage to US Residents aged 20-69 that reside in a state where coverage is currently offered.
