How are claims filed?
The beneficiary or appointed individual can contact Samos Insurance at claims@samos.com for assistance and guidance through the claims process or they can contact the insurance carrier directly.
How much time do I have to file a claim?
Written notice of claim must be given to the Insurance Carrier within 30 days after a loss or as soon as reasonably possible.
How long does it take for a claim to be paid?
Benefits for loss will be paid within 30 days from the date the company receives proper written proof of such loss.
